Longevity 120 was developed to scratch my own itch. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer back in 2001. I declined chemo and radiation, had my lump removed and decided to detox my body. I put myself onto a detox plan for the next 12 months. Who knows whether I was lucky or it was the detox plan but here I am more than 20 years later without having to go through th
e torturous chemo treatment.Ever since then I have been a bit of a health and more alternative therapy proponent. At the young age of 68, now my focus is very much on “Living Younger Longer”
I have developed this website to help people around the work focus on health and not on curing diseases when it may be took late. There is so many more functional medicine practitioners who have a very different way of looking at ensuring our bodies are functioning optimal.
Treating our bodies well has never been more important with Covid affecting more severe consequences for those in older age groups.
